Key Holder – Management (Salary: $21.00–$25.00) – 4848 West 190th St. Torrance, CA

Full‑time position.

Responsible for managing front‑end operations, motivating checkers and baggers, and ensuring that cashiers provide a courteous and friendly customer experience.

• Lead and supervise front‑end staff to maintain excellent customer service.
• Motivate cashiers and baggers to follow company values and service program.
• Ensure a respectful, welcoming environment for all customers.
• Support and enforce safety procedures, including responding to emergencies.

• Supermarket front‑end experience and thorough knowledge of products, tools, and department operations.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and interpreting English.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 pounds.
• Physical mobility to respond to fires and other safety emergencies.
• Willingness to support company values, philosophy, rules, and policies.
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace.
