Retail Part-Time Store Associate - Savage X Fenty; Glendale Galleria - Glendale, CA

We’re searching for a passionate Retail Part‑Time Sales Advisor to join our team at Glendale Galleria. The selected candidate will deliver a best‑in‑class service experience, support the store’s operations, and champion an inclusive environment for all customers.

• Actively engage guests and VIP members through body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity‑centered interactions.
• Stay well informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and the Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the leadership team to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving, transferring product, joining inventory counts, and keeping a well‑organized back‑of‑house.
• Strive for excellence by continuously improving day‑to‑day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.

• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in lingerie and intimates.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy or comfortable using technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
• Ability to work in a team‑selling environment.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
• Flexible schedule; open to evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.30. Offers to candidates will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
