We’re looking for energetic, fashion-forward individuals who love engaging with customers just as much as they love creating social content. In this role, you’ll help drive store sales while bringing the Edikted brand to life through Tik Tok, Instagram, and other digital platforms. From styling looks and capturing in-store content to supporting customers on the sales floor, you’ll play a key role in creating an exciting and elevated shopping experience both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and engaging customer experience by providing personalized styling support and product recommendations.
• Create fun, trend-driven social media content for platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram that aligns with the Edikted brand aesthetic.
• Support store initiatives by driving customer engagement, traffic, and sales through social media and in-store interactions.
• Stay current on fashion trends, viral moments, and emerging social media trends to help keep content fresh and relevant.
• Assist with capturing photo and video content in-store, including styling, try-ons, transitions, and trend-based videos.
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers on current collections, fits, and styling options.
• Operate POS systems accurately while processing transactions and handling customer purchases professionally.
• Maintain store presentation standards through merchandising, replenishment, and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Support inventory processes including restocking, shipment processing, and maintaining back-of-house organization.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to support store goals, promotions, launches, and events.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented environment that reflects the Edikted culture and brand values.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion, social media, and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Retail, styling, or social media experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
