- Support the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership
- Drive daily store performance and inspire a team of employees
- Ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals
- Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers standards
- Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor
- Oversee scheduling, opening and closing procedures, store systems, and operational processes
- Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Implement sales performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals
- Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- Ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required
