Lead the Fragrance and Beauty boutique, developing the team and delivering an elevated client experience. Drive sales and business performance while upholding boutique image and operational standards.
Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop boutique employees, including succession planning and performance reviews.
- Lead daily boutique operations, team communication, scheduling, stock management, budgets, and loss prevention.
- Deliver personalized client service, resolve client concerns, and develop client relationships and retention.
- Achieve sales objectives through clienteling, events, CRM, and local business development.
- Maintain brand image, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and service standards.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, people leadership, and client experience skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; able to lift 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
