Role and Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your expertise in sales and project management contributes to successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide creative, tailor‑made solutions.
  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through available package options using effective communication skills.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from presenting solutions and quoting to closing deals.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and follow‑up needs related to sold projects.
Project Management
  • Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team promptly.
  • Collaborate with crew leaders and subcontractors to review ongoing projects, ensuring complete and accurate information for seamless operations.

Qualifications

You Must Have …

  • Minimum of 3 years of in‑person sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets; experience in insulation, HVAC, or roofing sales is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems;
    Builder Trend preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Interview Process

Interview details:
Job Type: Full‑time, not remote. Compensation Range:
Average 100k‑150k, top sales >200k/year. Pay Structure:
Paid training first 3 months; 100% commission with bi‑weekly advances. #Veteran friendly #Military encouraged
