Join our team at Brookdale, located at Arrowhead Ranch. We are looking for a Sales Manager for a 63‑unit assisted living and memory care community. Ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of private pay and Arizona Medicaid programs.
About the Sales Manager PositionAs a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
- Guide for families and older adults – You'll be on the ground inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
- Team player – You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations.
- Partner – You'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale supports our Sales associates through:
- 3‑week on‑boarding & orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale's unique approach to sales, systems to help you be successful, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools designed to help you market your community for your unique geographic area.
- Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Base pay will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
