• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and opportunities on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community by participating in events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule that may run from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Leverage prior retail or customer-facing experience where available; if not, receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed goals.

Salary range for Retail Sales Consultants: $20.82 to $21.71 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top performers can earn approximately $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, and training.
