• Proactively engage and build lasting relationships with clients, in‑store and via virtual or remote appointments.
• Drive individual and team sales by using effective selling, cross‑selling, and upselling techniques.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product storytelling to guide client purchasing decisions.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client opportunities.
• Maintain POS accuracy, capture client information, and manage store administration tasks.
• Support stock maintenance, inventories, visual standards, and loss prevention procedures.

• Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Strong commercial awareness, client‑focused attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge with commitment to ongoing training.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
