• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identify members’ financial needs and explain the importance and benefits of life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

• Effective communicator written and verbal
• Computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self‑motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required;
  College degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience not required but a plus
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Start at an hourly rate of $28.85. Upon completion of the training program, full‑time sales agents who meet sales goals typically earn between $86,200 and $105,300 annually. Commission opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
