A-1 Oxygen, Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to expand our hospice partnerships throughout California.

The ideal candidate must have proven sales or business-development experience in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, with established knowledge of the hospice market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new relationships with hospice agencies and healthcare organizations
• Generate qualified leads and secure new DME service contracts
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct presentations and in-person meetings with hospice leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and account progress
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure excellent client service
• Attend industry meetings, networking events, and conferences as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Previous DME sales experience within the hospice industry
• Strong understanding of hospice operations and DME service requirements
• Proven record of developing accounts and closing new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Existing relationships within the hospice community are strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
