$65,000 - $85,000 base salary + commission.
Role DescriptionThe Legal Services - Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, CA. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective attorney and law firm clients, conducting outbound calls and emails, and managing follow-up activities to build a strong sales pipeline. The representative will present Cal West’s legal support services, schedule and conduct product and service demonstrations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with operations and leadership to align business development efforts with service capabilities, preparing proposals, and supporting contract discussions. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, attending relevant local events or meetings as needed, and contributing to growth strategies for the California and national markets.
- Demonstrated Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
- Strong Communication and Sales capabilities, with the ability to clearly explain services and handle objections in a professional manner.
- Proven experience in Business Development, building relationships with legal professionals or B2B clients and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Glendale, CA, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using email and phone outreach tools, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Prior experience in legal services, professional services, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
- High level of integrity, client-focused mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
