Restore Pro Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated Fire Restoration Field Representative to respond to qualified fire loss leads. We provide the leads—you focus on building trust and closing the work. (Leads come in at late hours and will need someone ready to go out 24/7.
Responsibilities- Respond quickly to qualified fire loss leads.
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Explain the restoration process and insurance workflow.
- Secure mitigation and reconstruction projects.
- Maintain professional communication and follow‑up.
- Restoration, construction, roofing, or insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with reliable transportation.
- Available to respond quickly to new leads.
- Commission‑only with uncapped earning potential.
- Qualified leads provided.
- Strong operations and estimating support.
