The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) seeks an Environmental Scientist to oversee the investigation and remediation of contaminated properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will guide proponents and responsible parties through DTSC's processes to clean up and safely reuse sites such as dry cleaners, plating shops, and industrial facilities.
As part of a team, you will review technical reports, evaluate data, and support remedy selection and long-term maintenance.
