Security Officer High-End Retail Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail environment.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor areas, common areas, entrances, exits, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, support closing and opening activities as directed, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrols.;
Assist with crowd management, guest directions, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter disruptions and supports daily retail operations.
