Branch Security Officer - Glendale

Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides in-store security and operational support to protect assets, ensure safety, and enhance the client experience. This role partners with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, maintain security systems, and perform opening and closing procedures. The officer also supports back-of-house operations and contributes to store sales through positive client interactions.

• Provide security controls and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain and inspect security systems, perform alarm tests, manage key access, and submit required reports.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and support back-of-house operations.
• Deliver a positive client experience and support the store in achieving sales goals.

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: experience in a retail or security environment; 1 year prior security-related experience.
