Perform patrols and unlock/secure buildings; respond to calls for service and provide post coverage;
Serve as the on-site senior Allied Universal representative during shifts and support on-duty personnel;
Promote policy compliance and adherence to post orders and client expectations through guidance and communication;
Complete administrative tasks such as printing DARs and time sheets;
Conduct post checks to verify uniform, licensing, duties, and site procedures; report observations and provide coaching as needed;
Assist with staffing coverage during evenings, weekends, and other periods; coordinate with Shift Lead on call-offs and special details
