Security Officer Overnight Retail Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior spaces, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with property protocols, offering directions and assistance while reporting concerns through established communication channels;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with security-related requests, and following post orders for routine activities and special circumstances
