Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, confirm authorized entry, and communicate with property management and/or local responders when needed.;
Document daily activity, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
