Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the branch, office areas, lobby, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry procedures, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs.;
Support closing and opening routines, observe cash handling or employee movement areas from an assigned presence post, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues.
