Part-Time

Schedules vary based on operational needs. Candidates must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description:

Allstate Security is seeking a dependable Flex Security Officer to provide coverage for client locations in the Glendale area. Flex Officers will support various assignments and provide coverage where operational needs require.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine patrols
• Monitoring entrances and exits
• Maintaining a visible security presence
• Reporting incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity
• Completing Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Enforcing client policies and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Supporting nearby client locations as assigned

Primary Coverage Area:

• Glendale Galleria
• 100 W. Broadway
• Glendale, CA

Requirements:

• Active BSIS Guard Card
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile reporting applications
• Previous security experience preferred
