Job Description
Crone Communications is hiring Residential Fiber Installation Technicians to install fiber internet services in customer homes.

- Monday–Saturday schedules
- Assigned residential routes
- Benefits available after 90 days
- Opportunity to earn based on production
- Reliable vehicle required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Professional customer service skills
- Comfortable using ladders and working in residential environments
- Experience with fiber, cable, satellite, telecommunications, or low-voltage work, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Install fiber internet service in residential homes
- Route and secure fiber cabling
- Mount and configure equipment
- Test services and verify proper operation
- Educate customers on equipment and services
- Complete required job documentation
Piece-rate pay. Most technicians complete 1–5 installations per day depending on route volume and job complexity.
