• Join the Enterprise AI team as a Software Developer to build solutions for JCI growth
• Deploy the Dev Ops framework
• Develop Cloud-native applications to deliver new capabilities to customers
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, leading and contributing to innovative solutions
• Partner with business leaders to advance strategic offerings

• Understand and follow enterprise architecture principles and best practices
• Maintain and advance technical skills, staying current with market trends
• Develop web-based applications interfacing with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS components
• Integrate web-based apps and services into larger enterprise systems
• Integrate backend AI deliverables and agentic frameworks into production applications
• Design and implement containerized microservices architectures
• Write backend business logic and integrate front-end UI with backend APIs
• Develop unit, regression, integration, and acceptance tests for endpoints and business logic

• Experience developing with .NET, React, Java, Python, C++ and Microsoft SQL
• Experience integrating AI models, APIs, and agentic frameworks into backend systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architecture
• Understanding of the Dev Ops Framework, ML, Agentic AI, and LLMs
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, Visual Studio, etc.
• Proven experience as a developer; client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills (attention to detail, multitasking)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project
• Professional bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

This is a hybrid role at either our Glendale, WI or Dallas, TX office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
