Hybrid, 3–4 days onsite
Duration: 9 Months to start with
Rate Range:
Up to $103.5/hr in W2
Work Authorization:
GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
- At least five years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience with object‑relational mapping frameworks.
- Experience building full‑stack applications using React or a comparable frontend framework.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud services.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack software applications.
- Lead medium- to large‑scale features from design through production.
- Contribute to service and system architecture decisions.
- Develop production‑ready code and participate in code and design reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams.
- Improve application observability, performance, reliability, and resiliency.
- Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of client‑server communication, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud‑native development, stateless services, horizontal scaling, and observability.
- Strong SQL and database development experience.
- Ability to evaluate downstream impacts across interconnected systems.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with limited guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Spring Boot and related Spring projects.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, or Amazon SNS/SQS.
- Experience in advertising technology or media‑processing workflows.
- Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or Amazon Q Developer.
