Head of Sales Enablement Job Summary
The Head of Sales Enablement is responsible for designing, building, and scaling Rebel Mouse’s global sales enablement engine and tools to maximize sales productivity, consistency, and revenue performance across all products and segments. This also includes strengthening our internal CRM workflows so we can track the full customer lifecycle — from lead generation through go‑live status — supporting clean handoffs, process visibility, and automated contract management within the CRM.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Rev Ops, and Customer Success, ensuring that every seller is equipped with the right messaging, playbooks, training, tools, data, and processes to win at every stage of the customer journey.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply hands on at every step. This is someone who can architect enablement systems from end to end, while also rolling up their sleeves to create content, run trainings, analyze performance gaps, and continuously improve sales execution. They think like an operator, act like a coach, and own measurable outcomes, such as conversion rates, ramp‑up time, win rates, deal velocity, and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities- Define and own Rebel Mouse’s global sales enablement strategy, aligned with company growth goals, go‑to‑market motion, and product roadmap.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Ensure tight alignment between positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales execution.
- Build and maintain sales playbooks and sales slide decks by segment (enterprise, mid‑market, SMB), product, and use case.
- Translate product capabilities, technical features, and performance advantages into clear, compelling, buyer‑centric narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across outbound, inbound, demos, proposals, and renewals.
- Design and run sales onboarding programs to reduce ramp time and accelerate time to first deal.
- Discovery and qualification

- Partner with sales leaders and product general managers to reinforce enablement through coaching frameworks and feedback loops.
- Own the enablement tech stack (CRM enablement, LMS, content repositories, sales tools).
- Partner with Rev Ops and other departments to optimize workflows, handoffs, and pipeline hygiene.
- Ensure sales teams have easy access to:
- One‑pagers
- ROI calculators and pricing tools
