Overview

Ellie Aurora (sister clinic to Ellie Denver West) is dedicated to providing excellent mental health services to the community and supporting one another while doing so. We are looking for prelicensed clinicians who are passionate about serving clients creatively and authentically and about contributing to a work environment they are excited to call their work home.

Ellie endeavors to make the clinician’s experience a priority by offering competitive compensation, benefits, training, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. We provide centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections support, and CEU programs. We strive to lower administrative aspects of providing care to the absolute minimum so practitioners have more time to focus on serving clients and being authentic people.

How are we different? We believe our community thrives when reflecting the diversity of our clientele and united by a shared purpose. Ellie Aurora is on a mission to improve lives in Aurora and surrounding communities. This requires a fresh approach to improving the quality, accessibility, and fit of mental health care in our communities. It requires a team as diverse as the communities we serve, yet united by our shared home and mission.

We are a values-driven entity and aim to walk our talk.

Our values are acceptance, authenticity, compassion, humor, determination, and creativity, and we are driven by them in the following ways:

  • Taking care in selecting and supporting our clinicians is the most effective path to taking care of our community. We provide support through shared definitions of success and autonomy. Examples include:
  • Personalized schedules within available clinic hours
  • Hybrid session environment (in-person and telehealth)
  • All of your time is valuable—clinicians are paid for administrative time, CEU time, consult time, etc.

Educational attainment, licensure status, and lived experience are all valuable and considered when determining pay tier. We do not utilize the traditional Ellie pay model to center clinicians’ voiced needs for stability.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a clinician driven by passion for and belief in the work you do. You’re excited by our mission and by the opportunity to bring your unique strengths and creativity to it at the ground level. You’re excited to support and be supported by a talented team as passionate and committed as you are. You’re intrigued by the opportunity to participate in building something new-ish in Aurora based on our success in Denver West.

We are dedicated to hiring clinicians who reflect the population we serve. We encourage applicants from historically marginalized groups.
