• Management of front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
• Warmly greet patients upon arrival
• Answering phones, making appointments and serving as a point of contact for general administrative questions
• Maintenance of accurate patient charts
• Verify insurance information, collect co-pays and balances
• Maintain the general appearance of the waiting room
• Demonstrate proficiency with PM/EHR system
• Set a professional, warm and productive tone for the office
