Overview
Odyssey Space Research, LLC is looking in the Denver/Boulder area for an experienced and talented information technology (IT) support specialist to help maintain desktop services supporting office staff, software developers, and engineers working on cutting edge autonomous and human spaceflight projects. This specialist will focus on deployment/maintenance of user systems and user support for those systems and corporate services with opportunities to expand to other areas of Odyssey’s IT.

Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Provide IT support for desktop systems and corporate services for office staff, software developers, and engineers.
- Deploy and maintain user systems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with deployment automation technologies and system administration tasks.
- Required Skills:
Windows administration experience; strong interpersonal skills. - Education/
Experience:
Associate, BS, MS in Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering or similar degree (IT certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree). - Experience:
5+ years in system administration and information technologies.
- Knowledgeable in software development practices.
- Comfortable with software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in system deployment automation technologies.
- Experience with software, hardware, and network configuration management practices.
- Experience in supporting government sector contracts.
