Overview
Job Summary:
The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support and counsel to Air Methods regional operations and sales teams. This position primarily involves transactional duties, but may also include assisting with general corporate matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including agreements with hospitals and municipalities, real estate and equipment leases, supplier and vendor agreements, software and IT agreements, and consulting and professional services agreements. (80%)
- Developing and maintaining standard contract templates and forms. (5%)
- Assisting senior legal team members with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating more complex and strategic agreements. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned. (5%)
