• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles
• Assess and assign all open events and verify proper authorization for dispatch
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and communicate estimated time of arrival to customers
• Inform supervisor of any delays or issues with service providers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdowns and/or maintenance of medium to heavy-duty vehicles)
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking
• Alternative qualifications include any level of degree/certification beyond a high school diploma/GED or 5 years of experience in a related field
• Availability for varying work schedules in a 24/7/365 environment

• Degree in a related discipline or relevant industry experience
