Production Specialist I work on our factory line and are responsible for efficiently building quality modular homes. Tasks will vary, but all Production Specialists contribute to improving Fading West processes and products we deliver. Employees in this role will have the opportunity for factory cross-training, skills and process training, factory process development, and task diversification. All tasks completed, no matter how big or small, contribute to our mission of providing high-quality homes to the individuals and families living in them.

All construction trades will be used throughout the production process to complete modular homes. Production Specialists will contribute to the production line in one or several of the following areas:

• Framing
• Materials receiving, staging, and prepping
• Drywall
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Electric
• Exterior Finish (Sheathing, windows, doors, siding, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

• Follows set safety standards for their area
• Completes work efficiently and follows our standard process consistently
• Consistently produces completed work that meets or exceeds our quality standards
• Communicates any production issues immediately to a Station Lead or Area Manager
• Is on time to work and adheres to break and lunch times
• Communicates absences proactively and through appropriate channels
