Production Technicians in Broomfield, CO

Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of aviation connectivity. As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-performance WiFi modems used in aircraft. This is a hands-on position where precision, quality, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll follow blueprints and SOPs to assemble and test each unit, ensuring it meets rigorous standards before takeoff.

• First Shift - Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• $23-$25/hour

• Assemble aircraft WiFi modems using hand tools and wiring techniques
• Follow detailed blueprints and SOPs to build sub-assemblies into final products
• Perform computer-based testing to verify modem functionality
• Maintain a daily production pace of 6–12 units
• Track inventory and enter data accurately into system tools

• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Skilled in crimping, wiring, and using torque tools
• Strong computer literacy for testing and inventory tracking
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Prior experience in electro-mechanical or medical device assembly
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments
• High school diploma or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
