Your Role & Calling

As our pastor, you will serve as spiritual leader, teacher, and encourager — guiding our congregation in living out the gospel and engaging our community with love and truth.

Key Areas of Leadership:

• Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and relevantly.
• Lead weekly Sunday worship services and special holiday gatherings.
• Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, dedications, and confirmations.

Pastoral Care & Relationship Building

• Be present with our people — in homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community spaces.
• Provide spiritual counseling, encouragement, and prayer support.
• Build genuine connections with residents, learning their stories and needs.

Discipleship & Ministry Development

• Foster spiritual growth through Bible studies, youth ministry, and adult education.
• Inspire and equip ministry leaders and volunteers.
• Work with church boards to shape vision and strengthen outreach.

Community Engagement & Presence

• Actively participate in local events and initiatives.
• Represent the church in the community as a trusted and approachable leader.
