- Train and mentor back-of-house team members, teaching culinary skills, techniques, and best practices
- Help plan, prepare, and execute banquets, special events, and daily service to company standards
- Work side-by-side with the team in multiple outlets—jumping in wherever needed
- Ensure all menu items are prepared according to recipes, yields, and presentation standards
- Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and POS menu programming
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchens, walk-ins, storage areas, and workstations
- Lead daily kitchen priorities, assign prep and production tasks, and support efficient execution
- Conduct regular kitchen walk-throughs and address any operational or safety concerns
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and development of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage, rotation, and waste control
- Help maintain kitchen equipment and ensure uniforms and nametags are worn properly
- Deliver excellent internal and external guest service—always
- Follow all food safety, health, safety, gaming regulations, and internal policies
- Perform other duties and special projects as needed
- Proven experience training and guiding kitchen teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented leader with a positive, hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts Degree/Certification, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related restaurant or hospitality experience
- At least 1 year of kitchen management experience
- Gaming License (preferred)
- Serv Safe and Bloodborne Pathogens certification (or ability to obtain)
$65,000+ annually
