What You’ll Do
  • Train and mentor back-of-house team members, teaching culinary skills, techniques, and best practices
  • Help plan, prepare, and execute banquets, special events, and daily service to company standards
  • Work side-by-side with the team in multiple outlets—jumping in wherever needed
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared according to recipes, yields, and presentation standards
  • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and POS menu programming
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchens, walk-ins, storage areas, and workstations
  • Lead daily kitchen priorities, assign prep and production tasks, and support efficient execution
  • Conduct regular kitchen walk-throughs and address any operational or safety concerns
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and development of kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage, rotation, and waste control
  • Help maintain kitchen equipment and ensure uniforms and nametags are worn properly
  • Deliver excellent internal and external guest service—always
  • Follow all food safety, health, safety, gaming regulations, and internal policies
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience training and guiding kitchen teams
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented leader with a positive, hands-on approach
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts Degree/Certification, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related restaurant or hospitality experience
  • At least 1 year of kitchen management experience
Certifications
  • Gaming License (preferred)
  • Serv Safe and Bloodborne Pathogens certification (or ability to obtain)

$65,000+ annually
, based on experience
