We’re searching for an Executive Chef to lead our growing culinary portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape and elevate food operations across:

The Executive Chef de Cuisine will be an experienced, visionary leader in a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality environment. This role requires exceptional kitchen leadership, product and cost control, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences across multiple venues.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a culinary team of 50+ in both high-volume and fine dining environments
• Drive culinary excellence across all menus and venues
• Innovate with locally sourced ingredients and seasonal offerings
• Oversee budgets, food cost, labor, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Mentor FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Shape the future of food at Colorado’s #1 tourist destination
