You will support our commitment to bringing our spirited drinks to life for each and every Guest. As a Bartender, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUSS-SOME dining experience that makes each guest's day better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
• Efficiently craft drinks to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes, while serving responsibly.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu to recommend and upsell.
• Assist servers by answering questions about our Spirited Drinks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
