A well-established leadership development and training firm is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support its next phase of growth.
The firm sells high-impact leadership training and cohort-based programs, typically priced at 6 figures and above.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those based in Denver. There is no office requirement.
Role OverviewThis is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused primarily on new business acquisition. Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building pipeline, closing new client partnerships, and helping evolve the sales function as the company enters its next stage of growth.
The role partners closely with the founder and senior leadership and has high visibility across the organization. While the environment is entrepreneurial and light on formal process, there is strong leadership support, including active participation in sales calls and closing efforts.
What You Will Do- Prospect and close new business with mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Engage senior executives including CHROs, CEOs, and Chief People Officers
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on long-term impact and outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Convert warm inbound leads and referrals while self-generating the majority of pipeline
- Build long-term partnerships that result in repeat and expanded engagements
- Represent the firm with credibility, polish, and executive presence
- Fully inside sales with no travel requirement
- Average deal size of 6 figures and above
- Sales cycle typically 8 to 12 weeks
- Combination of warm leads and outbound prospecting
- Access to founder referrals, prior clients, and newsletter subscribers
- Future plans to add BDR or appointment-setting support
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred, flexibility for the right background
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts required
- Proven ability to prospect outbound and build pipeline independently
- Comfort engaging and influencing senior executives with strong personalities
- Polished, positive, and confident communication style
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating without heavy structure
- Experience using Hub Spot CRM is a plus
- Existing network or referral relationships are a nice to have
- Base salary up to $60K-$100K based on experience
- On-target earnings of approximately 2x base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
