Zone Officer — Full Time — Denver, CO

Wage: $20.47/hr starting rate.
After 6 months: $23.18/hr

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to meet site or organizational goals.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in company pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
