Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per year.

Job Details

As a Project Executive, you will serve as the senior leader on a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects, driving performance from preconstruction through closeout while cultivating lasting client relationships across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive‑level oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary client relationship owner – building trust, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with preconstruction on pursuits, proposals, and estimating to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor project financials, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Champion our THINK SAFE. WORK SAFE.® culture on every project and at every level of the team.
  • Represent the firm in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with professionalism and strategic clarity.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior PM or executive‑level role.
  • Proven track record managing complex commercial projects across multiple market sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&Ls and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build client confidence.
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, CMiC, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
