Full‑time during 10‑month school year.

Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality instruction in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and other subjects as assigned.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, including small‑group and individual support.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress; use assessment data to inform instruction.
- Possess a general understanding of academic standards and utilize student assessment data to support improved learning outcomes.
- Seek opportunities to integrate Biblical truth into lessons.
- Integrate character education and faith‑based values into daily lessons.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior consistently, promoting courage, respect, integrity, and perseverance.
- Serve as a cultural and spiritual model for students, demonstrating God’s love to students and families.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and needs.
- Maintain ethical behavior and confidentiality regarding student information.
- Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to implement instruction with fidelity.
- Collaborate as a team player and proactively offer solutions as challenges arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues, instructional aides, and support staff to enhance student learning.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s is a plus). State teaching license preferred but not required.
- Active participation in a Christian church.
