This position is based in either Milwaukee, WI;
Westford, MA; or Fishers, IN.
- Competitive pay starting at $75,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus

- Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Cloud/AI Engineering, Testing Engineering
- Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering

- We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, introductory electrical engineering
- Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
- Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
- Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
- Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
- Internship or co-op experience is a plus
- Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
