This position is based in either Milwaukee, WI;
Westford, MA; or Fishers, IN.

• Competitive pay starting at $75,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus

• We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
• Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, introductory electrical engineering
• Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
• Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
• Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
• Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
• Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
• Internship or co-op experience is a plus
• Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
