After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into a full‑time role in one of these areas:

• Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Cloud/AI Engineering, Test Engineering
• Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Product Management

• We’re looking for curious, driven, future‑ready thinkers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering.
• Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations.
• Passion for learning, growth, and long‑term impact.
• Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement.
• Strong communication skills—able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals).
• Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems.
• Team‑oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies.
• Internship or Co‑op experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
