** Hybrid in Glendale, WIWe are seeking a manager to be part of our One Stream Center of Excellence (COE) as the primary architect and business liaison for our financial consolidation and reporting platform. This individual will serve as the single point of ownership for One Stream, specifically for the FP&A function to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver strategic reporting solutions.
The role requires equal parts technical expertise, financial acumen, and stakeholder management to maintain and enhance our global financial reporting capabilities.
This is a high-impact role for a finance systems expert who enjoys both technical work and business collaboration. You will be the go-to One Stream expert, shaping how finance operates and ensuring reliable, timely reporting across the organization.
** Specific Responsibilities:
** One Stream Leadership & Strategy
* Act as the owner of One Stream FP&A work streams managing all aspects of the platform from configuration to end-user support
* Partner with FP&A, Business Finance and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
* Develop the One Stream roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that align with finance leadership objectives
* Ensure compliance with US GAAP related controls requirements, and other regulatory requirements
Technical Solution Delivery
* Design and implement custom consolidations, reports, dashboards, and workflows in One Stream
* Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems (SAP, QAD) and other financial tools
* Write and maintain Basic scripts for calculations, data transformations, and business rules
* Lead testing and validation for all system changes before production deployment
