Manager - OneStream

We are seeking a manager to be part of our One Stream Center of Excellence (COE) as the primary architect and business liaison for our financial consolidation and reporting platform. This individual will be the single point of ownership for One Stream, specifically for the FP&A function, to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver strategic reporting solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and stakeholder management to maintain and enhance our global financial reporting capabilities.

Hybrid in Glendale, WI
Salary range: $94,400.00 – $ annually (final compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications).

• One Stream Leadership & Strategy
  • Own FP&A One Stream work streams, managing configuration to end-user support.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
  • Develop the One Stream roadmap, prioritizing enhancements aligned with finance leadership objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP controls and other regulatory requirements.
• Technical Solution Delivery
  • Design and implement custom consolidations, reports, dashboards, and workflows in One Stream.
  • Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems (SAP, QAD) and other financial tools.
  • Write and maintain  Basic scripts for calculations, data transformations, and business rules.
  • Lead testing and validation for all system changes before production deployment.
• Business Process Optimization
  • Streamline planning processes within One Stream and support maintenance/development of FP&A capabilities.
  • Train and support finance teams on best practices for reporting and data management.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide hands‑on support during critical reporting periods.
  • Document system processes and maintain a library of reporting templates.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Bridge IT and Finance, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Present system capabilities and recommendations to senior finance leadership.
  • Work with external auditors to validate reporting accuracy.

• 7+ years in financial systems with at least 3 years of hands‑on One Stream administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.
• Strong background in financial consolidations, FP&A, and month‑end close processes.
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle HFM, SAP, or similar).
• Proficiency in  Basic for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of FASB standards (FAS 52, FAS 109), IFRS, and SOX compliance preferred.
• Prior experience in public company financial reporting is beneficial.
