Are you an experienced leader in the hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist industry with a passion for team management?We are looking for talented salon professionals who deliver high quality results and great customer service to join our high-volume, fast paced business.
In this role, you are vital to our salon's daily operations, team development, and client satisfaction. You will be part of a successful team focused on fostering a positive, welcoming environment for our clients and hair stylists.
We offer a comprehensive Management-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We're always looking for future leaders who want to grow with us.
Assistant Managers average $28+ per hour (including base pay, tips, incentives & retail commission) - our rockstar stylists and cosmetologists earn even more!

- Active Wisconsin cosmetology license or barber license
- Management experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store management
- Men’s hair cutting experience in a salon is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
