Position

Provide outpatient mental health services to patients across a range of age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, in both in-person and digital telehealth settings. Deliver evidence‑based, medically driven treatments and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to the highest standards of care

$84,000 – $113,000 annually + sign‑on bonus (full‑time), compensation model based on productivity.
