FOX Rehabilitation in Mequon, WI seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in patients’ private homes or Senior Living Communities. You’ll help older adults improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our Geriatric House Calls model.
You’ll evaluate, create individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy while enjoying autonomy to schedule visits and use telehealth when appropriate.
