We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care, staff engagement, and overall facility performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Manage budgets, supervise staff, and make key decisions to drive operational excellence
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
