- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
- Compensation Committee and Board reporting experience
- Public company executive compensation experience
- Experience with governance, compliance, and audit processes
- Exposure to share reserve planning, burn-rate analysis, and dilution modeling
- Administer executive compensation programs for officers and senior leadership
- Support annual salary planning, incentive compensation, and long-term incentive programs
- Manage executive equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options
- Process grants, manage vesting schedules, and maintain award documentation
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Equity Administration teams
- Prepare executive compensation analyses, peer benchmarking, and market studies
- Support Compensation Committee and Board materials and reporting
- Assist with executive compensation disclosures and governance requirements
- Maintain compensation records, controls, and audit-ready documentation
- Develop executive compensation dashboards and reporting metrics
- Perform compensation modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
- Support compliance with insider trading, claw back, and stock ownership policies
$110,000-$150,000 per year annual salary.
